I honestly don’t know where to begin.. I lost my best friend very suddenly. My mom, my everything. A. Ripepi & sons made our time so say goodbye absolutely beautiful. I was a total wreck from the very beginning and Taylor who we first met to start the arrangements calmed me down with his soft approach and his knowledge of what needed to get done. He is a very professional young man. Taylor went above and beyond helping us, by coming in on his day off to make sure my moms final arrangements were perfect and beautiful. Wish I could give more than five stars. My grandma passed away last week. She told us she wanted Anthony to be the one to take care of the arrangements because he set everything up for my grandpa 20 years ago. Anthony was one of the kindest and most compassionate people I have ever met. He took care of everything. By the time we got there, Anthony had already contacted the cemetery to see what was already done because he had the paperwork from my grandpa’s funeral which said my grandma had prepaid for certain services. No one ever WANTS to have a need for a funeral home. It's literally the last thing you could ever want to do. But the harsh reality is that it's an essential business. And we were very fortunate to have worked with Thomas from A. Ripepi. From the day after my father passed all the way through his inurnment, Thomas was respectful, responsive, and patient. He kind of took everything over, but not in an intrusive kind of way, more like an "I've got you" kind of way. He took great care in obtaining necessary information about my father and equally great care in presenting us with options and explaining the process and timeline.
