“I want to express many thanks to Burrier HVAC in Mentor for the great work done by their two installers (Kurtiss and Sam) who came and installed a new furnace and AC condenser. I also want to give a thank you to the estimator Tom Shannon for coming and explaining in detail the work that would be performed. He was very polite, courteous and responsive to all my questions even after he had gone... and while on his vacation. During the installation an unforeseen problem arose when the in ground metal distribution box was discovered to be badly rusted. It was beyond recognition and the installers went above and beyond rebuilding it. I called Tom to ask what the upcharge would be for repairing the box and he said he would include it in the original estimate because Burrier wants to be helpful to their customers by keeping the original cost proposed and this was a big help to me being on a fixed income. I don't know of many companies who would tell their customer about a rusted box but just go ahead and install a new furnace anyway. The two installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up the work area when they finished. I had four quotes from different HVAC companies in the Painesville area and Burrier came in the lowest. Burrier was recommended to me by a friend who was also satisfied with their price and work. Great job Burrier!“

“ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! My daughter and I were sitting at the table talking and we heard a noise coming from the furnace as it was cycling down. I said “What in the world was that “ my daughter responded “ I don’t know, but it sounds expensive.” ? A friend of mine recommended Lew’s and I called them the next day. Bob comes out, tells me what the problem was, I got an estimate via email the next day. Called and scheduled my repair and I couldn’t be happier. “We had a furnace issue on a Sunday and placed a call to Herczog Heating & AC, hoping to leave a message to be placed on their service list for Monday, however we mistakenly called the emergency line. Ted called us back shortly after to help diagnose the issue ... it turns out we had a relatively simple fix and Ted was gracious enough to help us over the phone. He showed us how to remedy ourselves which got us up and running quickly. He even followed up later that evening to confirm the furnace was still working. This is the second time we have called Herczog and in both instances we were given friendly, quick service. I would highly recommend Ted and will be calling them back on our next issue.“
