I seen their 5 star reviews and was almost hesitant becasue there were no bad reviews at all. Once we dealt with them I can see why there were no bad reviews. This company is run by people who actually care and know their stuff. Matt came out and did a diagnostics on my furnace which was with the house I bought a bit over three years ago. The furnace is almost old enough to drink at this point but rather just quote a new one he took the time to look it over and find out it just needed a part to keep it going. “I had the seasonal furnace tune up today. I received a call 1 hour before my appointment window with the exact time of arrival. The service was completed with a high level of competence and professionalism. The details were discussed and the service did uncover a problem with input gas pressure resulting in loud gas startup noise. The problem was fixed. Most important, the appointment for the tune up did not include any unnecessary upsell pressure.“

“I called for service and the was pleasantly surprised when the service man arrived ahead of the scheduled time frame, and he called ahead to say he was 20 minutes out. He quickly fixed the problem, offered info about the company’s membership program which then saved us some money on today’s service and will provide a yearly check of our heating system this Fall. “Dave did a great job. He was very professional. System was icing up the A-coil, so it was low on freon. Dave found the leak around the schrader valve. Charged up the system and added some stop leak with dye. System is working great. he did not try to scam me for more than what I actually needed. Old freon is expensive so if you have an old system expect to pay a lot for freon, just the way it is today. I highly recommend All Points East HVAC.
Will definitely use All Points East HVAC in the future.“
