They called immediately back and was at our house within a hour to replace our hot water tank.!! They was very professional. We had two on the crew here. They worked very well together like a team. “We woke up the morning of our daughter’s 1st birthday party to sewage in our basement. A friend of ours recommended the John F Gallagher company and we could not have been happier. They were so prompt and professional. Our problem was fixed within two hours of our call. We later learned that we were assisted by the owners of the company as many of their associates were unavailable on a Sunday! We were so impressed with their dedication to their company and their customers. Incredibly grateful to them for taking time out of their day/weekend to assist our family. What a fabulous business. Highly recommend!“

“The temperature was 7° and the wind chill of -10°. It was at 10pm. They asked the temperature in the house. I told them and I was ok because I had some space heaters. They said they would call in the morning. They were here by 915. Everything fixed and reasonable.“
