Had a wonderful experience with Thomas as our technician. He was pleasant, professional, informative and helpful. I have had three experiences with this company and they have all been awesome. 72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is the absolute best! They came out immediately when we had an issue with our air conditioner. We are so happy with Tom, our service professional! Tom is so friendly, told us what he was going to do to fix our air conditioner, accessed the problem and explained everything. He wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we understood and were happy with the outcome. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and an expert in his field!
