We had a furnace issue on a Sunday and placed a call to Herczog Heating & AC, hoping to leave a message to be placed on their service list for Monday, however we mistakenly called the emergency line. Ted called us back shortly after to help diagnose the issue ... it turns out we had a relatively simple fix and Ted was gracious enough to help us over the phone. He showed us how to remedy ourselves which got us up and running quickly. He even followed up later that evening to confirm the furnace was still working. Ted Herczog is a hero and a real throwback. The entire company is geared around serving their custormers as efficiently and completely as possible. Boy, do they succeed. Imaginative solutions to home energy issues and tireless attention to quality service for customes.Need heating/HVAC help? LOOK NO FURTHER THAN HERCZOG

Writing this on July 4, 2023. Woke up and my air wasn't working. My house was getting hotter and hotter. Called Herczog and left a message on what was going on. With in 2 hrs they were out. They fixed my problem and my house is cooling down. All of this on the 4th of July. Best AC company around!Service: A/C system repair
