ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! My daughter and I were sitting at the table talking and we heard a noise coming from the furnace as it was cycling down. I said “What in the world was that “ my daughter responded “ I don’t know, but it sounds expensive.” ? A friend of mine recommended Lew’s and I called them the next day. Bob comes out, tells me what the problem was, I got an estimate via email the next day. Called and scheduled my repair and I couldn’t be happier. I thought it was going to be super expensive, but it was very, very reasonable, I was even able to upgrade my thermostat and my furnace is running better than it was before the noise. Absolute best team in town! They were able to quickly troubleshoot and grasp our heating system needs, while keeping our budget in mind. We’ve been using Lew’s Reliable Heat for many years but this year they really came through. We knew our A/C was on its last legs after our checkup last fall. They gave us a competitive price while installing a better unit than we had previously. Unfortunately, they also found that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, which would have been trouble with the heating season approaching. Within a few weeks they were back to install a new Bryant furnace. Same as before, competitive price, excellent service, and one day installation. The installers (Jared and Tim) were the best.
