“Arrived on a 8 session plan for my hyper mobile self. Mainly my hip- with Spencer! Week one I only could sit with my legs out and flex my thigh muscles and they would tremble. Big nervous system and functioning issues. Found out I was pregnant. By 34 weeks pregnant my last session- I am able to complete appropriate full range of motion activities with weight, if I wanted, with stability! Plus being pregnant!! Came in with my hip dull aching and clicking over every movement to only clicking a few times here and there.
