“I first scheduled a consultation with Dr. Mike Pavlak about two years ago after completing my first half Ironman. At the time, I was dealing with significant pain in my hips and shins and could not run without discomfort.

We started with a comprehensive run evaluation, and based on his findings, he quickly identified the root issues. From there, we built a targeted plan. It took a few follow-up sessions and consistent work, but within a few months I was back to running completely pain-free.

After that, we shifted focus to lingering issues in my neck and shoulder. Today, I am at a point where my pain is manageable and I can comfortably compete in endurance events again, which honestly felt out of reach when I first walked into his office.
