“Paquelet &Arnold Lynch Funeral home has helped us and many of our friends we refer there. We run a all volunteer and donation based boots on the ground cat rescue, so pennies count. Many times we have to make the decision to cremate or not pending available funds. We are so grateful to had found these services available at a cost we can afford for kitties who had no owner or anyone else who would consider to show a Lil love eventhough its the end. ♥️?✨️?“

“Mom wanted us to use Rossi because she went to school with the owner, and I am so glad we did.
I had another recent loss of a longtime friend, and they used a different funeral home. Here are some of the differences between the two that MAKE all the difference in the world to a grieving family:
1. At Rossi, we were immediately greeted and hugged. At the other, they shook hands. (Not a huge deal, nevertheless, noticeable)
2. When asked about when payment was due to Rossi, after going over expected costs, they told us not to worry about it right now, and that they even offer payment plans to help when that time comes. At the other funeral home, we were promptly told deposit needed to be paid. Now, don't get me wrong. Payment is obviously expected. But when you've just lost your mother 12 hours prior, Rossi showed us that their profit did not take priority over our grief.
3. At Rossi, we were offered a chance to say goodbye one last time, and instead of torturing us with a vision of a cold, sterile medical room, they brought our mother out into the chapel. They cared about what our last visions would be. At the other funeral home, the only option was to walk into that medical room.
4. At Rossi, when going over individual costs of each line item, they voluntarily offered solutions to save money. At the other place, they were persistent in their upselling skills.
We haven't even had the service yet and already I can say with 100% certainty that Rossi cares more. They just do. And all the prices are the same at any home in the area. So it comes down to experience. I wouldn't ever consider using anyone else again.
