“Rossi handled the funeral for the recent passing of my mother. At the time she was staying in a facility near one of my siblings in southern Ohio. My other siblings all lived out of state so we were stressing a bit on trying to coordinate my mother being transported to Canton and then making the arrangements for the church etc while we also tried to coordinate our travels. I can't stress how easy Rossi made the process. They coordinated everything and were so professional from start to finish it allowed us to focus on the pleasant thoughts we had with our mother over the last 90+ years.
