Twenty years ago, I went to Schneeberger with my mother-in-law to pre-plan and pre-pay her funeral. Although pricing has changed significantly in those twenty years, we were able to go forward with her plans without any significant changes or additional costs. Andrew was so personable, friendly, funny and although we had never met, it was as if we were being taken care of by and old family friend. He was every ounce a gentleman and professional with just the right amount of humor to cut through the weight of the sistuation.
