If i could give a zero I absolutely would. The director completely botched my dad's military honors at the graveside service by failing to have uniformed soldiers available to perform the flag folding ceremony. They assured my mom they were making the arrangements, to have this done graveside in Marion Indiana, even after my mom offered to do it, and they failed to notify her that they were not able to complete this. She is devastated and my dad did not receive the Honor he deserved. Shame on you Reed's. I hope no Veteran's family ever uses you for their service.
The absolute worst place in stark county do not take your family members here. Let’s all come together and shut this place down. So unprofessional and unaware of what’s going on there. My poor sister was there 12 days and every time we called. Different story or had no idea what or where she was or when things were being done. (Heather) so called supervisor. Please, this lady is the worst I’ve ever seen and so rude that it’s ridiculous. She lied to us so many times. I wouldn’t take my pet turtle there to be cremated. Let alone a family member. Is there a way on here that I can take half of the star back? lol
The experience I had with my Father's funeral years ago was satisfactory, but upon reading the ratings and comments from people lately, I will have my family take me to the John Arnold funeral home. I want my family ( and my remains) to be treated with respect. It doesn't sound like Reed is providing this basic human decency to their clients any more. So SAD !
