“Patrick single handily demo, expanded and remodeled our complete bathroom. He is a true professional and craftsman with unmatched attention to detail. There were unforeseen issues with the remodel such as hidden pipes and floor tile set in 1” of concrete. But Patrick worked through the added delays like a trooper. He is straight forward, kind and keeping you in the loop at every phase of repair. We are so lucky to have found a contractor that is honest, fair and shows up for work everyday as scheduled. Once you get on his schedule be patient about starting date and remember he is by himself. He tries to be accurate about starting date but in this day and age, finding good help is literally impossible. You will not regret hiring him and rest assured he will not leave until you and himself is satisfied. We will never use another contractor other than him. “Very positive experience with Marks Carpet and Vinyl. We live in a 2 bd condo in Massillon, and it needed a new carpet, and also new wooden flooring in our sun room.
Marks 3 man crew arrived on time, and immediately went to work. Moved some of our large couches and shelves, and within a few hrs had installed our selected rug and panel floor. All 3 were personal, friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable workers! When done they cleaned up and moved the furniture back. Very impressed!
