Mark was wonderful to work with- even from Columbus! Fast response on quotes and having carpets torn out & floors sealed & new carpet installed! Great customer service- highly recommend!

Marc's a good guy. Fair prices. I've sort of been a pain as a customer but he's pretty good spirited about it and has a good product.

Very positive experience with Marks Carpet and Vinyl. We live in a 2 bd condo in Massillon, and it needed a new carpet, and also new wooden flooring in our sun room.
Marks 3 man crew arrived on time, and immediately went to work. Moved some of our large couches and shelves, and within a few hrs had installed our selected rug and panel floor. All 3 were personal, friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable workers! When done they cleaned up and moved the furniture back. Very impressed!
