“This review might be a little unique, but I felt it was important enough to write anyways! I was at Tanger outlets today taking my son to the playground and had no idea it was closed for renovations. There was a gentleman named Julius and he seemed to be supervising so I asked him what was happening because I was a little frustrated that our plans for the day had to be altered. Julius was so incredibly kind and really took his time explaining what the renovations were for and even gave me a safe timeline by which I could return to the playground and actively use it so I wasn’t kept guessing as to when it would be open for use again. It is hard to come by patient and kind people sometimes and I just wanted to give a shout out to this young man for helping rectify a somewhat frustrating situation! Really great customer service!“

“We upgraded everything - floors, windows, cabinets, appliances, tile, lighting in main room/kitchen. We also did complete makeover in guest bathroom including heated floor.The workers rotated in and out but all were very pleasant and professional. Always on time, no excuses, clear communication, asked for clarification, offered advice, explained things clearly. It was a big project that took quite some time but they made it bearable.
