“We chose McNeill’s Cabinetry & Floors with construction services by REM Installations for our basement remodel. We were starting completely from scratch, with an unfinished basement that had concrete floors and cinderblock walls. We envisioned a large living space, including a kitchenette, a TV area, an office, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a soaker tub. We worked with Eric, Julie and Erin on the design, and we couldn’t be happier with the final layout. They were fantastic in working with us to design a functional living space, incorporating all of our design preferences. Ryan and his construction team were excellent. They stuck to a tight schedule, and kept the project moving without significant delays. They were attentive to any concerns and maintained good communication with us throughout the project. Ryan even went to extra lengths to troubleshoot some unexpected issues that we had with our flooring. The workmanship was excellent, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend McNeill’s and REM for residential construction projects, and we hope to work with them again on future remodeling plans.“

“This review might be a little unique, but I felt it was important enough to write anyways! I was at Tanger outlets today taking my son to the playground and had no idea it was closed for renovations. There was a gentleman named Julius and he seemed to be supervising so I asked him what was happening because I was a little frustrated that our plans for the day had to be altered. Julius was so incredibly kind and really took his time explaining what the renovations were for and even gave me a safe timeline by which I could return to the playground and actively use it so I wasn’t kept guessing as to when it would be open for use again. It is hard to come by patient and kind people sometimes and I just wanted to give a shout out to this young man for helping rectify a somewhat frustrating situation! Really great customer service!“

“We have been looking for birch hardwood flooring for over 3 years to tie in to our existing flooring. No one had birch flooring except Floorz; Couldn’t believe we found it. Jill Fuller was our salesperson. No high pressure sales here, she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Explained how their process works from purchase to installation. Arrange for Chuck to measure; he also was knowledgeable and friendly. 48 hours later we had their quote, which was itemized and very detailed . We were so impressed with Jill, Chuck and Jamie we ordered kitchen flooring also. No installation as of yet, but I’m sure the flooring will be a beautiful addition to our home. You won’t go wrong purchasing any flooring from Floorz.

“I would have given Mike and his crew ten stars if possible. We hired Mike to finish the basement and redo the stairway of our new home. One of the best decisions we have ever made. Mike is a true craftsman along with being a true gentleman (as was his entire crew). I had never met Mike prior to my wife and I hiring him to transform our basement. The workmanship was nothing less than perfect. Combine this with honesty, politeness and an expert in his craft, I really don't think you will find anyone better. We have hade numerous homes and had a lot of work done on our various houses. I am more detailed than most people and there was nothing about Mike's work that could be improved. His work was by far the best of any contractor we had used in the past. He showed up on time every day, he worked until his daily duties were completed, he cleaned up his worksite every day. The value, craftmanship, professionalism and just being a great guy is a rare combination to find today. We already have Mike scheduled to come back and do some more projects for us.
