I had wall to wall plush carpet installed in my condo in Canton Ohio the second week of January 2022. Duke was awesome to work with and walked me through every step of the way including getting me interest free financing for 12 months. The installers were very professional fast and very respectful of my personal property. I did check around a few other places and K Carpet I’m convinced was the best in service quality and price. If you’re looking for new flooring don’t go anywhere else. Thank you Duke and Mike. You’ve really changed my life! Be blessed ?

We had carpet installed in our home in January. The sales portion and timeliness of purchase to project start date was okay and the carpet we purchased is good quality. However, we felt the installers were careless for lack of of a better word. We understand some markings on baseboards are expected, but there were numerous areas of chipped paint on every level of our staircase banister and scuffs on every level of our walls that we had to either spend extra time cleaning or re-painting to fix after install ourselves. The installers were not even carrying large pieces of furniture through the specific areas damaged and it was only the carpet/padding being carried.

We always buy our carpet and flooring from K Carpet .Duke came to our home , in two days his workers came to install the flooring .They were so nice ,they cleaned up after themselves .Wouldn’t go anywhere else ,
