There were unforeseen issues with the remodel such as hidden pipes and floor tile set in 1” of concrete. But Patrick worked through the added delays like a trooper. He is straight forward, kind and keeping you in the loop at every phase of repair. We are so lucky to have found a contractor that is honest, fair and shows up for work everyday as scheduled. Once you get on his schedule be patient about starting date and remember he is by himself. He tries to be accurate about starting date but in this day and age, finding good help is literally impossible. You will not regret hiring him and rest assured he will not leave until you and himself is satisfied. We will never use another contractor other than him.
