“Delong did fantastic job! We had a sewage backup issue in our rental property basement. I called Delong in the morning and they had 2 highly skilled and capable technicians at the property within in 2hrs. They removed the roots causing the issue, flushed the lines and sprayed down the basement. Highly recommend using their services.!“

Always uneasy to have to have your toilet taken out of the bathroom, but he takes care to keep things clean, had booties and bleach:) put everything back together. It started with me asking to blow out the “clean out” in my backyard, which turned out to just be a yard drain so he pivoted to the house. Brought his hose in through a bathroom window didn’t need any utilities. I’m on a slab. My clog/issue was ~18 feet in, when the jetting got to whirling it was a very satisfying sound. “I’ve had this company out to my residence last week and today. First issues was toilet base was leaking. While here I asked Charlie to look at my basement toilet that wasn’t working. I’m guessing the basement toilet is original to the house. Older.
He recommended replacing. I ran out to the store a bought a new one. Had him out today and Charlie was my plumber again and with his apprentice had the new one installed very quickly. He even replaced my old faucet on my kitchen sink while he was still here.
He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up any mess made while working.
I really appreciate that this company has young apprentice’s along side learning the right way to do things.

I was not expecting any service today as I know many business are so overwhelmed and I have not needed their services previously. They offered to try and fit me in and they did just that.
