“This local company saved me from a Home Depot fiasco! The delivery guys from HD brought me dented appliances and didn't know how to install the dishwasher or the refrigerator. I had to call 4 Halos to properly set everything up, bleed the lines, test for good working order, etc. I will never order appliances from HD again. The young lady who answered my call was very friendly and professional. She checked and found a plumber tech who was working in my area. They gave me a two hour window and text me a confirmation. Neko DeVidio showed up with an hour to spare. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and wrote up a work order to provide a quote which seemed very reasonable. I agreed to the charges and he went about his business. He had the problem fixed quickly. I would rate both Neko and the receptionist with a 10 out of 10.“

*UPDATE* Icicles are growing over my intake and shutting my system off due to the extreme cold we’re having, and Rob came out and took the time to answer my gazillion questions, didn’t even charge me, and I’m just SO grateful to these guys!
*UPDATE* Scheduled some basic plumbing checks and Joel was SO helpful and friendly, took his time and gave me a fair couple of quotes. Will have them back to upgrade some things around this old house. I really appreciate how professional and personable they consistently are!
