Even when I arrived and was outside in a wheel chair while the car was being parked a gentleman who had clearly clocked out for the day and was heading out to go home asked if I needed some help and gladly wheeled me inside without hesitation right to the front desk. “I had an appointment for MRI and tons of Xrays. I am completely satisfied from the check-in thru to check out. It's rare at any business to see everyone smiling and pleasant. They were eager to help. I accidentally got dropped off at the wrong entrance. Instead of me having to walk all the way around the outside of the building, the girls at emergency stat care entrance got me a wheelchair and pushed me thru just to help me out. I wouldn't have made it on my cane. I was struggling. They even helped me to sign in at kiosk. When they called my name, it went smooth throughout this whole process. Thank you soo much. I was having a little anxiety as this is my first time with Aultman.(imaging) They did everything to make me comfortable. Its alot when im already in alot of pain. Then after check out i was given another wheelchair ride to the exit. Everyone still smiling. I love it here already. Thanks ladies. I will be back“

“This place is phenomenal and convenient to have all the different doctors and specialists you could need. I first started seeing a spine specialist there before I realized they had everything. Then recently in past couple years I began transitioning all of my medical treatment and doctors away from Aultman to Akron General/Cleveland Clinic. All my doctors, and most of my medical treatment is here, and they are all top tier. Primary care, lung doctor, spine, and physical therapy are all absolutely incredible, and are the some of the best in the field. I think very very highly of all of them and fully trust my healthcare and treatment to them and wish I'd have transitioned way sooner than I did as I probably could have avoided getting as bad as I have gotten with the better medical care than I was getting previously. And it is an added bonus having all your doctors and specialists all under the same organization able to pull up your entire chart and notes from everything and able to cross reference what the other doctors on your team have said or done and all in communication with each other. It really makes treatment smoother. Everyone there are simply the best at what they do and I am highly thankful and appreciative that this place exists and has given me an opportunity to try and get my health and well being back on track after so long of having low rate medical care at other places I won't name. There is no place better than this for most of my outpatient service needs.“
