The service was great and Susan did a great evaluation and is every bit as professional and qualified as I expected. However, sending a confirmation text for a change of appointment time without first checking to see if that time worked made no sense to me. And I've been so busy lately, I confirmed without even reading the message because I incorrectly assumed it was another confirmation for the existing appointment. That caused problems for me and the person reaching out about my being late for the appointment and me (not her fault). Not a good way to handle changes to someone's appointment.
I have received physical therapy here for many different body parts over many years. The therapists and assistants are highly skilled and competent. Their knowledge amazes me. I use my Silver Sneakers membership to use equipment when I am not in therapy. The facility is clean
Can honestly say that everyone here helped me get stronger and provided great exercises to get me back into running and gave me hope that after not being able to run for three years since my pain started, that I could start running competitively again. Everyone there worked together to help me get back into running and gave me stretches to continue after treatment. They are very personable and I enjoyed every one of my sessions here. Highly recommend NovaCare in Belden Village.
