“Here's the thing, I have a form of alopecia. Treatment has stopped or slow downed my hair loss but it won't grow back. I went to Patsy's at the recommendation of a friend. I was ready to just chop it all off. Patsy talked me down from that step. Actually, we spent more time with her asking me questions and understanding my frustration then the time she took cutting my hair. It was perfect. She is so kind and patient.
