My experience with Ileana (Illy), from the consultation to the final reveal, was nothing short of exceptional. We spent nearly 30 minutes discussing my hair goals, and I felt completely heard. My hair was in desperate need of some TLC, and I left the consultation confident that we were on the same page. I came in with quite the wish list: gray blending, removing the ashy tones, creating a soft brunette look, and adding layers without sacrificing fullness. Ileana carefully walked through every detail to ensure we shared the same vision before we even began.

I have very long, thick hair, so my appointment lasted from 10:00 a.m. until about 5:15 p.m. Watching Ileana work was like watching an artist in her element. She meticulously foiled and saturated every section with incredible precision, checking each foil individually to ensure it lifted exactly as intended. She softened my base, toned my hair beautifully, washed it, gave me the perfect face-framing haircut, and finished everything with a gorgeous blowout.
