The store is a little crowded so it's hard to find items. Staff approached me but they weren't helpful. I was surprised at lack of assistance and felt uncomfortable. I won't return to this location.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Ulta Beauty Salon in Fairview Park! Kailey did an absolutely amazing job on my updo—it was exactly what I envisioned and held beautifully all day.
Beyond her talent, Kailey was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat in her chair, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and offered helpful suggestions throughout the appointment. The staff was very helpful and kind. They all made sure I was finding everything okay and even helped me find the correct shade of concealer after struggling for so long, and helped my daughter get the makeup she needs for her prom look. This is by far the best ulta experience I have had, I will defiantly be back.
