I had the best experience with this company.. Jessie the service tech came out on the 1st call.. he found the problem.. called in his supervisor Dave to give additional quote for repair.. within a couple of days and digging both Jessie and Dave put in new main lines from septic tank to my home .. great price and the honesty from both service guy's set my mind at ease... don't hesitate to give Value rooter call for your plumbing needs.. fast respectful and honest guy's
The service from Brandon was amazing. He had to really give it the old college try and it worked clearing the nasty clogged drain we had. If I need plumbing work again, I will request he does the work.
We had a blockage in the upstairs toilet. We called on a Monday morning and they were able to get someone here within an hour! Brandon was knowledgeable and did his best to minimize the worse case scenario. He was able to locate the problem, fix it, and then checked his work to avoid any future repairs! Brandon was polite and very respectful of his surroundings. He gave us some helpful hints to prevent other plumbing issues. We definitely recommend Value Rooters in Elyria!
