Murray Ridge Animal Clinic is a small animal veterinary clinic that offers general pet care, vaccinations, diagnostics, and surgery. The friendly staff, including Dr. Cunningham, take the time to explain everything in simple terms. The clinic is gentle and caring, making pets feel comfortable during procedures. Prices are reasonable, and the desk staff are efficient. Although scheduling appointments may take some time, the clinic's dedication to both pets and their owners makes it a trustworthy choice. The staff's compassion and helpfulness have been appreciated by long-time clients, and the clinic provides overnight care and Care Credit for larger expenses. Pets leave relaxed and happy, and the team treats each animal like family.
We loved Dr. Sternacker and then Dr. Parker at Medina Vet. After he passed and new owners ran Dr.Parker off we struggled for years to find a vet we felt comfortable with. Finally found Dr. Hicks less than 2 miles from our house and loved him. Sadly, he sold his practice and we were going to have to start all over to find a good vet. Lol and behold, on Facebook one day, an ad popped up with Dr. Hicks being welcomed to a practice in Elyria. We made an appointment and saw him and it was such a relief. The man is wonderful. A bit far to travel but well worth it for our girls.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr Hicks who was absolutely amazing!!!! He was kind informative and did not push services. I am so impressed with him and the staff. Amanda was so awesome with our babies. I’m so glad I chose this clinic to care for our pups!!!!!! You won’t regret it!!!

Tentatively positive about this place. They seem to truly love the animals I've brought in and want the best for them and I don't think they're overcharging at all, especially compared to PetMed & Lorain Animal Clinic. I overheard them talking about my little Milo and it was quite loving. Mostly female if not all female clinic - maybe that's why they're a little more caring.
