“We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way. They were easy to have in my home. They were very thorough with covering and blocking areas to limit and eliminate dust. We were so impressed with how they cleaned up everyday. You'd never know there was a bunch of equipment in the house. Regarding pricing, We researched to get an idea what to expect. We felt Shumaker's pricing was more than fair, given the quality of work! Fantastic company to work with! We highly recommend them!“
