We ended up deciding to go with Joe for three rooms: we purchased engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank that looks like hardwood, and carpet for the three rooms. The price offered was more than twice what Rick quoted in his first offer. There was no need to negotiate. We went with the Luxury Vinyl. With 2 dogs running around sliding on the floor there is not a single mark. We are very happy with all aspects of this transaction. Sales, delivery, installation, and follow up were all fantastic.
