“I would highly recommend DeLauro Remodeling. I had significant water damage to my home from a burst pipe in the hot water heating system in an upstairs bedroom. The damage ruined most of the first floor living areas including the kitchen. DeLauro Remodeling was the primary Rebuild contractor and did an excellent job of completing major repairs to restore my home to liveable, better than new condition. Dan and his team professionally handled repairs including drywall ceiling replacement and finishing/painting, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinet installation, wood trim and crown moulding installation/painting, subfloor replacement and vinyl plank flooring installation, and a variety of other finishing work. They were very nice to work with and showed considerable flexibity and patience in working with my Homeowner Insurance Company. Would readily use them again as needed, I almost want to cry, because the company just didn't just treat me like any customer, more like family, even though they weren't, and was very emotional of happiness, because I thought I never get my house back in order the way it was before, and Dan definitely made it possible, it even looks better than before, I love their work!. ? ?❤️“

“They really don’t need my input since they’ve been doing this work for 70 years. Still, I want to say, when you need carpeting, do not look any further than Location Carpet. I always called them in the 90s when I wanted carpeting. Then I lived out of state for 20 years. I’m back and wasn’t surprised they were still in business and going strong. I had them install new carpeting this past December in my living room and I LOVE it. Their installers were/are fantastic. Hard working young men that did a super job and left the house as clean as when they entered. I highly recommend this company. I always went to the Wickliffe store but they have one in Painesville now, too. If a quality product along with quality work is what you’re looking for, you found it!“

We ended up deciding to go with Joe for three rooms: we purchased engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank that looks like hardwood, and carpet for the three rooms.
