“We are from Toledo and new to Concord Township/Lake County. I did not know which flooring business to choose from so I started looking on Google at the ratings and reviews. Floor Coverings International of Mentor had excellent reviews. I spoke with Joe Sekki (salesman) and he came out to our home and spent a lot of time with us showing us various samples. We ended up deciding to go with Joe for three rooms: we purchased engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank that looks like hardwood, and carpet for the three rooms. “While we ended up going a different route for our bedroom flooring, Thom spent over an hour on two different occasions going over all the different types of vinyl flooring with us providing an indepth explanation of every product and the acronyms different manufacturers use along with what to look for when shopping at competitors. Hopefully our next project will allow us to become customers.“
