Their customer services are excellent. Rob came out to discuss my carpet interests. We chose what we wanted. Everything was very efficient. I was amazed at the installation, quick, great process. Joe & Shelly informed us of warranty, and any other concerns we had. Great great company. And I would use again if needed.
I have used Floor Coverings International as a repeat customer. They are the only flooring company I would do business with due to their professionalism. I think their prices are comparable and they took time to review the differences and warranties of the carpets I selected. I have 3 Malteses' and I selected a carpet that is stain resistant with a pad that does not absorb any misses my dogs have when they go potty. They provide instructions on how to care for your carpet so that I am eligible for their 25 year warranty or the carpet I selected.
Excellent company!! Shelly & Joe were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and very sweet and patient when I was trying to decide on which carpet I wanted for my area rug. My rug & the binding on the rug are perfect and high quality. I couldn’t be happier, so glad I bought from them. Highly recommended!
