Their customer services are excellent. Rob came out to discuss my carpet interests. We chose what we wanted. Everything was very efficient. I was amazed at the installation, quick, great process. Joe & Shelly informed us of warranty, and any other concerns we had. Great great company. And I would use again if needed.
We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! Joe wasn't pushy and the installation process was great. A couple other companies also gave us a price, but they were pushy and seemed more about getting my money rather than help us find the best floor for our home. Also, knowing the FCI is owned locally by Joe & Shelly makes it even better as we love to support local businesses! The entire experience was awesome!!
We purchased both flooring and carpeting from Floor Coverings International. From the initial consultation to the final installation it was a wonderful experience. Joe listened to what we wanted and presented us with options that matched what we were looking for perfectly. Then he worked extra hard to get the project within our budget. We have a flooring transition that was going to require something special. Edgar, the project manager, came out to our house and designed a custom transition that fit the need.
