Contacted Peterman Plumbing on a Monday, spoke to Pam S********** very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Knew I would have to order the Hot water tank I wanted; was told I could get it in by the weekend...Pam called back to tell me it could be done by Wednesday, but she called later and said she found one and it could be done that day. Our service Techs were Jeff C***** and Lucas S********. They were professional and very pleasant. They answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Peterman Plumbing and will definitely contact them again.

They promptly replaced my water heater for a lower price than the other company I called. Technician (sadly didn't get his name) was very friendly and professional. Answered all questions about our options.

AWHR arranged for a new water heater installation through Peterman Plumbing. An appointment was made and the day of the service, I received a call from Matt who told me the estimated time of arrival. Right on time, Matt and Jeremy arrived and wasted no time in the removal of my old water heater and installation of a new one.I've had my fair share of service calls for plumbing, heating, AC, roofing, etc. But after today, I've never seen such efficiency. They were respectful, professional and went right to work.
