When we called multiple places looking for a new a/c install, DPHC was the one of only two places to even respond to our calls, then was the only one to return a quote in a timely manner. Fantastic experience! I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to see if I could schedule someone to do an estimate for furnace and a/c replacement. I wasn’t expecting someone to be willing to do it that evening, but Pete did! He explained everything to us so we could understand and make good decisions. The install went just as well and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Dover-Phila Heating and Cooling. We had other estimates and Dover-Phila was definitely the best option. And, they have a 24 hour service line … when you call, you actually get a local human to answer the phone!
Jake was prompt courteous and great about explaining what our problem was. We so appreciated the fact that he was able to come today instead of having to wait since the nights are cooling off! We will definitely call again if we have problems in the future!
