We have always worked with Gary Carter at our church & home. As we were entering the coldest part of winter our furnace 30 years old started failing. McMillen Heating & Cooling came out after hours with prompt friendly service. Faster than expected had a new furnace in our house. I'd give higher than 5 stars if possible.
About 3 weeks ago our furnace quit working on a very cold weekend. After leaving a message, a tech came to our home within a couple of hours to find the problem. He ran back into town to get the parts needed and our heat was back on by evening! We were extremely grateful for the fast exceptional service. Special thanks to Cathy for messaging me back and forth to be sure things were going smoothly. I recommend this company ? %
The estimate was in line with others I had received. I went with McMillen because of their reputation. Scheduling was very simple and installed my new air conditioning within a week of signing contract. They arrived on time and worked very hard the entire time. They completed the project the same day. The air conditioning unit was neatly placed and looks fantastic. They ran the air (even though it was 50 degrees outside) just to make sure everything worked. They took the time to explain the new thermostat. The area was cleaned after they were finished. They are a fabulous company and would recommend them to everyone.
