“I had one of those plumbing emergencies on a Sunday evening 9:30 p.m. when I called Thom he didn't hesitate to come out which was a relief. (due to the day/time) He quickly was able to diagnose the problem and explain what needed to be done to remedy the issue. Thom was genuine and honest which is refreshing when it comes to calling companies on a whim especially for emergency calls. Total cost was affordable. “We came home to no hot water and no heat . We called this company first thing next morning and they sent Mark the repairman by 9:30am ( actually he was early ) . He had everything up and running in no time and probably saved our lives finding a carbon monoxide leak. It's an old house and old appliances and this guy was spot on with everything . Professional and knowledgeable. We made the right call going with Orrville P&H. I am so grateful . When the old stuff kicks the bucket , I'm sure we'll be going with this company for replacement.
