“I had one of those plumbing emergencies on a Sunday evening 9:30 p.m. when I called Thom he didn't hesitate to come out which was a relief. (due to the day/time) He quickly was able to diagnose the problem and explain what needed to be done to remedy the issue. Thom was genuine and honest which is refreshing when it comes to calling companies on a whim especially for emergency calls. Total cost was affordable. In a nut shell Sunday evening went from emergency plumbing chaos to all systems a go again!! Thank you Mr Thom we appreciate you!!“
