“I thought Erik was great. I was at work and he explained what was going on and gave me options to avoid having to put a new hot water tank in but ultimately it was the right call to replace. He got it done quickly and when some sediment had gotten into the shower line he came back out a day later and fixed that issue too. Very happy with the service. I even like the receptionist answering the phone “How can I brighten your day!” Usually when I call a plumber someone answers who sounds like a 1930’s mobster wanting to collect a debt. It was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely call again when I need anything plumbing related.”
