Initially they had to work inside and let me say they left everything the way they found it. They protected my floors from additional clean-up. Next Austin Drain was able to replace my sewer line WITHOUT busting up my tile floor in my bathroom (which was what another company told me had to happen) Austin Drain saved me a large sum of money to complete a very big job. They checked in with me along the way and explained everything they were doing. They made sure I was happy. The guys also told me they could come back in a few months if need be to add or delete any dirt they may or may not be needed. “I called Duke’s this past summer to have an exterior gas line put in my house. They came out and gave me such good insight and answered all my questions. They gave me the best plan of attack. I went with them and the price for the amount of work was phenomenal. Fast forward to this fall where I needed to replace the valve on that same line to a key valve so I could turn gas on and off from outside my firepit. They came right back out and had the job done in minutes. I worked with both Ron and Eric and they both were so cool and let me shadow them so I could learn more about pipefitting and air tight connections. I would recommend them over and over again for any plumbing needs. They also installed a battery back up sump pump and it’s been such a relief having that in case of an emergency.
