“We have been Dayton Carpet customers for over 20 years. The owner (Jeff), staff and installers are focused on providing a quality product and excellent customer service at a reasonable price. We were not pressured in any way to purchase flooring and even encouraged to take samples home on more than one occasion. We ordered all of our flooring at the same time, but were unable to have it all installed at the time. Jeff held on to our flooring until we were ready to have it installed and never pressed us to get it out of their warehouse. The installers are consummate professionals and the end product was nothing short of excellent. A few months after the installation was complete, some black spots appeared in a couple of rooms on our flooring and we had absolutely no idea how it had happened. Jeff came out to our house not once, but twice to carefully remove the spots for us, spending hours doing so. We would happily recommend Jeff and Dayton Carpet to anyone in need of flooring.“

“Excellent experience. An Estimate was dispatched soon after they received my message. Robby took the time to listen to my worries and was very thorough. He completed my HVAC service and dryer vent cleaning perfectly. The entire encounter was excellent. Regarding scheduling the appointment, the technician's arrival time and identity, and the follow-up email and text exchange, there is contact. Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of OH are services I will most certainly use once more.“

“Mr Jack Lovin. So professional with great southern hospitality. I had my flooring and bathroom reconstructed after a horrible flood. Jack had a very kind experienced man named Daniel come for the estimate. Within two days Daniel and his coworker, Ryan, were there and did a miraculous job. It only took 3 days and the men were so courteous polite and well trained. Cleanliness ... I didn't even have to clean after them not one time. Which made me even more pleased. Budget friendly for a job well done. Highly recommend for any job. Made good friends as well with the super friendly and awesome work ethic of Alliance Reconstruction. Ten ? up and 5 ⭐ ;)“

“We are happy with the flooring we purchased the installers were great the problem was when we purchased the flooring we were told it would take no more than two weeks to have the job completed after two weeks flooring still wasn’t in phone were not returned we finally got the flooring in after a month that is not acceptable to me“
