He really seems to know his stuff. If he doesn't know the answer right away, he will get back to you as soon as he does. Installation started quickly, but took a tad longer than expected, but it wasn't anything we couldn't work with. Overall, a great experience. Thanks.“

“I used Alliance Reconstruction to remodel a home using a rehab loan product (FHA203k). Jack, the business owner, was quick to respond back to my inquiry, and from there on out, was a quick communicator, and very responsive from initial inspections to final inspections. We closed on our home on a Friday, and the following Monday got to work! The demo was done in one day - He and his guys were clean and left no rubbish behind. I initially thought the rehab would have been at least 2 months worth of work, but his workers Chaz and Dez, were quick paced and completed the work in just under one month. They painted, installed new floors, did structural repairs, remodeled a bath, and much more- and the work was remarkable! I highly recommend Alliance Reconstruction and Remodeling for all your home renovation needs! “We only gave Stacy’s flooring Two Weeks from the day we chose the flooring to complete a full tear out & re-install of all new flooring for approximately 1200 Sq Ft. plus paint the toe mold and install it, as well as move most everything. Not only did they accomplish this, we added another 140 Sq Ft and placed the order for those material 2 days later. They still completed on time & on budget. The installers were top notch, friendly, true artists. They installed the tile flooring so tight we never installed the toe kick in 3 rooms. They custom made the trim for the bottom of a door based on my idea. This is one heck of a flooring team! Well Done!“
“Had to find a place to get some repairs done when I got my quarantine pup who has some separation anxiety. Met Vickie and her crew, Vickie is amazing, sweet and knowledgeable. While I normally don’t like being sold something more expensive than another item without seeing others.....(it may not have been but who knows) the blinds she recommended I LOVE!! I just ordered some more a few days ago. She also will go out of her way to find you a good deal to save money. When the crew installed my new carpet it was quick and painless, I didn’t even have to move the furniture. 100% recommend this place esp since I was told it’s a family owned business and not a chain.
