From the start, Eric was great to work with. He was responsive, explained what was going on with our floors, and made sure everything was scheduled and handled professionally. The crew was respectful of our home and worked quickly without cutting corners. As they got into the project, they kept running into issues left behind by the previous installers, but instead of just patching things up and leaving, they took the time to do it right. They even came back a second day to make sure everything was properly fixed and that we were happy with the results.
