“This is for the Polaris location. Marsha Fechter was my therapist and is amazing. She is so professional and knowledgeable. Her one-on-one approach is invaluable. She was encouraging and pushed me appropriately. I cannot say enough about her as a person and therapist. I had to find someone in Ca. because of relocation. She called to follow up and provide info for the new clinic. They were terrible and Marsha fit me in on a quick return visit to Columbus and really saved me. Her advice and recommendations were adopted by my surgeon. He wrote a prescription based on her findings and got me to a place following her instructions. Mary, in the office, is equally dear to me. “This is for Dr.Bright's new location in New Albany.I just had a routine physical/blood work this morning and could not be more pleased with my experience. Each one of the staff members were great to chat with and brightened my morning. Yvette was the MA to Dr Bright and was great chatting with her through the process. Dr Bright is an athlete himself so he understands whatever I am explaining to him as far as aches and pains. He also walks you through the entire visit's process even though it was a simple physical. I unfortunately didnt catch the woman who did the blood work but we had a laughing conversation and took the pain out of blood tests.Never thought I would leave a doctor's office smiling but here I am. I have to give credit when credit is due. Keep up the great work.“

“My vestibular PT with Elise Dole, PT, DPT, was a huge success. No longer having to deal with nausea has made my life so much better! And the expanded range of motion in my neck has made me a better driver.

Elise did an excellent job diagnosing me and explaining the exercises. I am a visual learner, and she showed me pictures of the muscles and gave me printouts of the exercises and a link to MedBridge videos. All of this was so helpful!

Elise also had me ask my massage therapist to work on the muscles on the side of my neck, which was very helpful. She also showed me how to use my trigger-point S-shaped hook on my upper traps in my exercise program.

In addition to solving my problem, Elise was delightful to work with. Sessions with her were fun, even though the exercises and testing initially made me queasy.“
