“I came to Dublin Family Physical Therapy because my arthritis pain was so severe I had to stay in bed most of the day. We tried a variety of streching and exersize and after a couple of weeks the pain was diminshing. You have to do the exersizes on your own as well if you want progress. I am %90 pain free now. Nobody can give you this , you have to earn it, exersize and strech everyday.
