I'm a rock climber and went to Resolve for nagging wrist pain. Spencer and Hannah were both SO helpful and kind! They listened closely to all my issues and asked lots of questions. It felt like I had their full attention and I didn't feel rushed. They also performed plenty of movement tests on my hand and explained their thought process for each one. It felt very thorough. The fact that they have at least a baseline knowledge about the sport + experience treating climbers was SO helpful. John Snyder is a PT's PT. I saw him for both my knee replacements this year because I knew I would need that support and push to keep challenging myself. Also, if you have hip issues, he's your guy. He teaches this stuff.

I reached out to Resolve Physio with an unexpected running injury less than three weeks before an ultramarathon. The folks at Resolve were able to identify the issue and provide a tailored and wise path toward healing. Without their expertise, I would not have been able to complete my race! I highly recommend Resolve – especially if you are dealing with any type of running injury. They're excellent!
