“I was looking for an extremely light and comfortable frame for my new glasses prescription. The last pair I purchased was in Boca Raton, Florida. No one in Mentor, Ohio had anything even close. With all the weather fronts constantly coming through, I can get severe headaches. I do not need glasses that add weight to my temples and nose bridge. I called and spoke to Michelle and appreciated her honesty. When I arrived she had several lines of frames already selected, all which were even lighter than the ones I already had! She was thorough as she listened to my concerns and was able to direct me to the best for my needs and pocketbook! Thank You! Can't wait to pick up my new frames in 2 weeks!“

“What a nice shop! He repaired my old eyeglasses--I don't think anyone else in Cleveland does repairs anymore. The shop is old-fashioned and lovely. There are books and puzzles for children and a comfortable sitting area. The shop is from an older time. Just being there is a wonderful experience. I am sure he would be excellent with children. He is a very kind and a gentle man. I am so glad I found him and that I could get my frames repaired.“

“My last four pairs of glasses have been bought at the Willoughby BJ's Optical Department. I get progressive lenses and you can't beat the price or the service. I recently fell and had sprung one of the earpieces. I took them in and the manager Shafeeqa was able to reset it and save my glasses. She is super nice and a true expert. A store membership is not needed to buy your glasses there.“
