I first met Colleen two years ago when my contacts popped out in the middle of the night. I initially called America’s Best and asked for a trial pair to get me through until my next exam, but they refused because I was just three days past my annual exam date. It’s worth noting that my prescription is -5.75, so without them, I am essentially blind.
