Angelique went WAY WAY WAY above and beyond!!! she helped repair my broken pair so i can see while i wait to be able to order new glasses. a REAL lifesaver because i need to be able to see for a reunion/the eclipse!! she was so so kind and understanding, very communicative, and so sweet. 1000/10 coming back just for her. absolutely wonderful. give her and her specifically a raiseedit:went back to order new glasses through insurance, nathan was super cool and helpful for navigating insurance and figuring out how to get my medically necessary sunglasses. what a great team!

The good folks at Lakewood Optical have been taking good care of my eyes for a Long time and I hope they never close their doors. They're literally the only ones that take my insurance

Upon entering the building, I was greeted with kindness and hospitality. I made the appointment to get my eyes checked for a potential job. I was looking for a specific test that they themselves didn't have in office, but instead of throwing me out to find the test for myself, Angelique, the lady who worked at the front counter, went above and beyond trying to locate the test I needed. Even went as far as to call me back with updates. They worked continuously to get the test I needed.
