“Our heat was out on Tues. Jan. 20th. I called early am and thought I would have to wait days for a service call. Not so! I first spoke to a DJ who assured me that someone would be out to repair the same day and they were! Also spoke with a Luke and Amanda....so friendly. Estaban was our tech....excellent! “I am very impressed with McHugh’s plumbing and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. The owner Bob was in contact with me from beginning to end. I had a refrigerator water line leak and when trying to turn off that line, I noticed a water leak under the sink. I called McHugh’s and Jake and Chip came out for an estimate. These two guys were able to come out to replace my fridge water line and all of the valves under my kitchen sink as well as put in a new faucet. They were professional, completed the work correctly and in a timely fashion, and did a great clean up at the end of the job. For future plumbing needs, I will be contacting McHugh’s.“

Tom Shannon was professional and helpful during the initial estimate , patiently answering all of our questions. On installation day ( Sept 2025 ) Mike, Jace and Kurtiss arrived on time and were very respectful of our home , wearing shoe covers and laying down drop cloths. They worked diligently and had the job done quickly. They walked us through how to use our new thermostat and made sure we understood the system before leaving. Our new unit is working wonderfully.
