We had an issue at 3am with our heat not working. The house was down to 59 inside. With a 2 month old and a 2 year old, I was in panic mode. I called and left a message.Dan called me back and came out immediately.They fixed the issues we had and serviced our furnace system as well.He even took the time to show us how to reset the system if we have an issue again. We were extremely happy and impressed by the level of professionalism and efficiency.We will be using them for all our future AC/heat needs.

Gas furnace was cutting off at startup on the coldest weekend of the year. Called Emerson Heating & Air Conditioning Monday morning, they were out that afternoon. He had it running perfectly in one hour. Will be doing business with them from now on! Thank you

They were so professional through the entire process. He always called me back or texted me when I had questions. He followed up to make sure it was working ?. When we made changes he wasn’t upset just did it. Very nice company to work with. I recommend them to everyone.
