“Had a backed up drain on a Saturday morning. When I placed the call to RMS it was promptly answered and Andrew said he could be to our house in 10 minutes. He was upfront with us that he does work Saturdays but there is a weekend rate that he charges. He came out, was courteous, even offered and went back to his truck for booties to put over his boots to keep our flooring clean and had the drain cleaned within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!“

Ryan and another fellow (sorry I can't remember his name at the moment) showed up on time and introduced themselves and explained the cost involved in putting a camera down the toilet drain to find the cause of a backup. They took the time to explain and show us the whole process and in no time they were done and found some crushed tiles in the front yard.
