“Great people that comes out and gets work done. I do recommend them. One thing I didn’t like was that, it took guy to come out get a part from my house and to get new part at Cleveland took over 2hours! I was charged 3 1/2 hours for work that was maybe less than 2 hours max! Part was free labor was(pulling part out and replacing). Even if I’m paying them to go get the part(other person was suppose to meet them halfway and arrangement was made day before) so max I’ll say 1 hour. Anyways, they got the work done so I’m happy. Just becareful with the scratchy charges of getting part and how long they take because you’re being charged for that! Wish they told before. Guy took little over 2hours to go get the part! So I was overcharged on the hours. So becareful!“

“We needed a new hot water tank. The individual who worked on this did a great job. He was very professional, quick and cleaned up after himself. We will use Sampsel Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.“
